Job Title: Project Manager (Physical Security) Location: Riviera Beach, FL (100% Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Contract Pay Range: $50.00 to $54.00 per hour on W2
Job Description:
Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Physical Security to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of campus security improvement initiatives across the district.
This individual will manage projects involving access control systems, CCTV surveillance, intrusion detection, visitor management technologies, and other security infrastructure upgrades.
The Project Manager will coordinate with school administrators, security personnel, facilities teams, technology groups, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Developing project schedules, managing budgets, tracking risks, and ensuring compliance with district standards and applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading physical security projects in educational, government, municipal, or large campus environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required to effectively support multiple active projects across a diverse portfolio of school facilities.
This role plays a critical part in enhancing the safety, security, and operational readiness of Palm Beach County Schools' students, faculty, and staff.
Must Have:
Project management experience in Physical Security.
Previous experience in leading physical security projects in educational, government, municipal, or large campus environments.
