Role: Project Manager
Duration - Long Term
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Primary Responsibilities Include:
" Working directly with customers in our agencies to gather and document business requirements needed to comply with established policy and procedures within the organization.
" Gathering, preparing, and submitting information and documentation to the various security, legal and administrative approvers required in the process.
" Meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders, to include legal, business, and security teams, to help ensure timely processing and approval of business requests.
" Reviewing, interpreting, and providing input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documents.
" Collaborating with vendors ensuring clear communication of Commonwealth requirements and cloud use documentation where required.
" Researching whether there is already a current solution in use in the Commonwealth that would meet the documented business needs.
" Providing general guidance to our customers on the business approval process and its underlying policies and processes.
" Overall tracking and managing of the backlog of requests.
" Facilitating any requests for additional information that may arise during the approval process.
" Serving as an overall point of contact and subject matter expert for both agency and delivery center staff.
Required Experience:
1. Required: 2+ years full-time experience managing projects, program management, or process administration (does not need to be in an official capacity as a project/program manager).
2. Required: 3+ years full-time experience dealing directly with customers.
3. Required: 1+ years of experience in vendor management.
4. Required: Strong leadership and organizational skills.
