Description

• Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Proven expertise in managing construction projects in the property industry.
• Bachelors in Engineering or construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
