About Our Client
Specialty contractor, based in PA, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! Specializes in Safety, Security, & Construction Services - collaborating with large security integrators in the installation of commercial low voltage systems in multiple types of buildings. First job is a 5-year long Chemical Plant remediation project in Pittsfield MA Clients Include:
- Banking/Financial, Commercial/Office, Corporate Facilities, Education, Government, Healthcare, Industrial, Warehouse, Retail

Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Coordinating & working with a broader team of personnel and contractors - located both onsite and offsite
- Learning, organizing and utilizing a large inventory of site historical operations and property related records and drawings
- Developing scopes of work for future capital projects and large facility maintenance and operations related projects
- Supporting the onsite operations staff with operational programs such as Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans and daily workflow management

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- 5-10+ years as a PM
- Background in Construction Project Management with General Contractor or Subcontractor (very open)
- Can be coming from a GC or sub, very open
- Environmental / Chemical Plant project experience is a plus (not needed)
- Will look at any project background
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of environmental, health/safety concepts, & rules associated with facility operations in the US
- Ability to issue communications and reports effectively in verbal and written form
