You will drive operational excellence across a crucial submission window while shaping broader go-to-market storytelling.Onsite 5x a week in Plano, TX. Responsibilities:Orchestrate end-to-end award submission workflows across cross-functional teams to ensure 100% on-time, high-quality submissions.Facilitate multi-stakeholder feedback, interview loops, and executive approval cycles to maintain complete operational alignment.Manage external copywriting agency deliverables and external liaison communication to uphold top-tier content standards.Identify high-potential nomination narratives and translate them into reusable go-to-market marketing assets and client success stories.
