Lead all phases of a ground-up multifamily construction project from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control activities. Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Oversee field operations alongside Superintendents and support staff to maintain project objectives. Drive project performance related to schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

A successful Project Manager - Pompano Beach Multifamily should have: proven Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractor, ground-up multifamily construction experience required, background delivering projects valued at $30M+, experience on mid-rise residential projects up to 12 stories preferred, strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
