We are seeking a highly organized, responsive, and proactive Project Manager to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will manage a high-volume portfolio of projects while maintaining strong focus on customer expectations, production timelines, and cross-functional execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a manufacturing or contract manufacturing setting.
This is a strict project management role.
Manage multiple concurrent customer and internal manufacturing projects from kickoff through completion
Serve as the primary point of coordination between customers, operations, production, quality, supply chain, and other internal teams
Drive project timelines, deliverables, and execution across departments with competing priorities
Monitor project status, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes
Facilitate cross-functional communication and maintain alignment on schedules, expectations, and deliverables
Ensure projects meet customer requirements, production capabilities, and operational objectives
Track project milestones, action items, and follow-up activities in a fast-paced production environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and operational efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment
3+ years of hands-on project management experience
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a production setting
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams across operations, quality, production, and supply chain
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing manufacturing environment
