What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects through every phase—from engineering and procurement to fabrication, construction, startup, and commissioning.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead multiple engineering and construction projects simultaneously
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and third-party resources
- Develop and maintain project schedules while managing critical milestones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on technical, commercial, and scheduling matters
- Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact project performance
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for clients and executive leadership
- Negotiate change orders and additional project scope
- Manage contractual issues and support successful project execution
- Partner with procurement teams on purchasing strategies and vendor coordination
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, contract requirements, and customer expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
- 5–10 years of project management experience within engineering, EPC, industrial, or construction environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
Preferred Experience
- Power generation or utility industry experience
- Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) project experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
