This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of engineered projects, ensuring delivery aligns with technical, contractual, and financial expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and act as the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Description

  • Take ownership of projects from order handover through to completion
  • Ensure all deliverables meet contractual, technical, and financial requirements
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, testing, shipping, and commissioning activities
  • Track project performance, highlighting risks, costs, and timelines to leadership
  • Lead on-site project phases including installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Review contracts, purchase orders, and technical documentation for accuracy
  • Manage project close-out, including documentation and customer sign-off
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally Electrical
  • 3-10 years of experience in industrial or engineered product environments
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle projects including field execution
  • Strong knowledge of power systems such as UPS, generators, or switchgear preferred
  • Experience working with contractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools and cost control practices
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
