Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Project Manager - Procurement & SAP Ariba Integration for their Raleigh, NC (Onsite - Mandatory) location.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Procurement and SAP Ariba integration initiatives within the G&A ORO program
Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, procurement, finance, and external vendors
Drive program execution, including planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting
Ensure seamless integration between SAP and Ariba platforms, aligning with business and technical requirements
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and decision-making forums
Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution
Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and enterprise standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
Strong experience in Procurement domain and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
Hands-on experience with SAP (ECC/S4) and SAP Ariba integration projects
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Experience working in enterprise transformation programs
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to operate effectively in an onsite, client-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry (strongly preferred for Client engagement)
