Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  • Develop and track work plans and schedules, including in Microsoft Project.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Lead and implement the design, analysis, interpretation and evaluation of a variety of reports, internal/external resource documents and surveys.
  • Publish results for utilization by internal and external clients, as appropriate.
  • Work with relational database management systems (MS SQL Server) and analytical processing systems; ensure data accuracy and validate all data collection methods used in reporting projects.
  • Recommend establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.
  • Evaluate data quality, applications and functions, produce output and maintain reporting operations and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements, developing business processes and providing production support to the operation.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Program Specific Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of project management experience
  • Waterfall and/ or Agile project experience
  • Active PMP certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Projects

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
