Project Manager / Program Lead

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Lead to oversee the successful execution of an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) support program for the U.S. Department of Education's Impact Aid Grant System (IAGS). This role is responsible for overall contract administration, project planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives while maintaining compliance with federal standards and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience managing complex federal IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project and contract activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams and government stakeholders.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience supporting federal government projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
• Experience with IV&V or federal system oversight projects.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk (MR) Background Investigation.
