Project Manager/Project Engineer

• Manage multiple engineering and land development projects simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate internal engineering disciplines including civil, environmental, transportation, survey, geotechnical, and structural teams.
• Monitor project performance, financials, and resource allocation.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and project risks.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development initiatives.
• Support business development and proposal preparation efforts.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• PE License preferred.
• 7+ years of engineering, consulting, or project management experience.
• Experience managing municipal, infrastructure, transportation, utility, or land development projects.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
