What You'll Do
Plan, organize, and manage all project management activities for agency-wide initiatives as an experienced project manager
Apply both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile project management methodologies, influencing team compliance with industry best practices
Manage overall planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects in parallel, controlling scope and schedule
Ensure deliverables, milestones, and required tasks are completed on time
Collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Plan and lead project status and review meetings; prepare and deliver status reports to stakeholders and sponsors
Develop and maintain required project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Drive ongoing process improvement across delivery and methodology
Proactively identify risks and facilitate resolutions through risk mitigation strategies
Current project portfolio includes:
Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Production technology solution
Development and Compliance Monitoring technology solution
Contract Administration technology solution
Agency Business Continuity
Space Needs Assessment — evaluating facility requirements for a new location supporting workforce needs, operational efficiency, and future growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Project management experience managing large projects of moderate complexity and risk
5+ years of IT project management experience
3+ years of experience with Hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) project management
3+ years of experience in Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
3+ years of experience in Risk Management
3+ years of experience in Resource Management
3+ years of experience in Change Management
3+ years of experience in Budget Planning
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification required (or actively in progress)
