A highly respected construction firm in Northern New England is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of work across multifamily, mixed-use, hotel, and commercial projects. This role is based out of the Portland, Maine office and offers long-term stability with exposure to projects ranging from $3M-$25M.

My client is a relationship-driven, employee-owned general contractor with 35 years in business and a standout reputation throughout Southern Maine. With approximately 90-100 employees and $50M-$80M in annual revenue, they are known for exceptional culture, strong leadership, and a commitment to building projects that positively impact the communities they serve.
Description
- Manage construction projects ranging from $3M-$25M in value
- Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, and contract administration
- Utilize Procore for project documentation and communication
- Support site teams and participate in regular site walks
- Report directly to the Vice President of Operations

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of construction experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Experience managing projects between $3M-$25M
- Background across multifamily, mixed-use, hotel, or commercial projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Procore
- Ability to work full-time out of the Portland, ME office
- Commutable to project sites throughout Southern Maine
