Lead municipal and public-sector projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Manage contractor buyout, procurement, subcontract negotiations, and contract administration.
Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
Partner with field leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining profitability.
Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred.
5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
Experience managing municipal, education, civic, government, public safety, recreation, or other public-sector projects.
Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
Familiarity with public bidding processes and municipal contracting requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
Base salary of $125,000 - $150,000
