We are seeking a Project Manager with public-sector construction experience to oversee municipal and government projects throughout the Chicagoland region.

An award-winning general contractor specializing in municipal, civic, and public-sector construction projects including village halls, public safety facilities, transportation infrastructure, and community centers.
Description
- Lead public and municipal construction projects.
- Manage project budgets exceeding $10M.
- Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders.
- Review contract documents and bid packages.
- Administer public procurement requirements.
- Monitor project schedules and deliverables.
- Oversee document control and reporting.
- Manage subcontractors and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
- Support project closeout and commissioning activities.
Profile
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience with municipal, public works, or government projects.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes.
- Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements.
- Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills.
- Construction Management degree preferred.
