Job Description

Manage healthcare and SCA construction projects from inception through completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and contract administration. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with SCA standards, healthcare regulations, and NYC building requirements. Monitor project costs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and senior leadership. Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. Successfully manage project closeout, commissioning, and turnover activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Demonstrated experience managing healthcare construction and/or SCA projects in New York City.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and project reporting.
• Experience working for a General Contractor on public, institutional, or healthcare projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility requirements, occupied renovations, and infection control practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SCA procedures, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
