Project ManagerOur client is an established General Contractor with a proven track record delivering healthcare, educational, and public-sector construction projects across New York City. Known for their commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, they have built long-standing relationships with healthcare providers, educational institutions, and government agencies, resulting in a consistent portfolio of impactful projects.Job DescriptionManage healthcare and SCA construction projects from inception through completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and contract administration. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with SCA standards, healthcare regulations, and NYC building requirements. Monitor project costs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and senior leadership. Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
