Commercial Construction Project ManagerOur client is a respected commercial builder specializing in retail, restaurant, and hospitality construction projects throughout the Southeast. Known for delivering high-quality projects, building strong client relationships, and consistently meeting aggressive schedules, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for some of the region's most recognized brands and growing businesses.Job DescriptionManage all phases of ground-up retail, restaurant, and QSR construction projects from preconstruction through final turnoverDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controlsLead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration activitiesCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, franchise representatives, and subcontractorsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentationMonitor project performance and proactively mitigate schedule, budget, and quality risksOversee project financial reporting, forecasting, and cost managementLead project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecyclePartner closely with Superintendents to ensure efficient field execution and resource allocationEnsure projects comply with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectationsManage project closeout activities, punch list completion, and client turnoverBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partnersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
