    Our client is a global organization undergoing a large scale ERP and CRM transformation to modernize its Quote to Cash processes and improve financial and operational performance.     Role Summary
    The Project Manager Quote to Cash ERP Transformation is responsible for driving execution, governance, and accountability across one of the most critical transformation workstreams. This role ensures the Quote to Cash lifecycle is delivered on time, aligned across stakeholders, and supported by strong program discipline.

    In this role, you will partner closely with subject matter experts while leading structured delivery across quoting, contracting, billing, and collections. You will manage dependencies, oversee vendor performance, and ensure alignment across Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations. Your ability to maintain visibility, manage risk, and communicate effectively will be key to delivering a successful transformation.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end to end delivery of the Quote to Cash workstream within an ERP and CRM transformation
    • Oversee the full lifecycle including CPQ, contracting, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections
    • Establish and manage program governance including RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting
    • Hold system integrators and vendors accountable for design, build, testing, and deployment deliverables
    • Align cross functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations to drive execution and adoption
    • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution
    • Support change management efforts including communication, training, and post go live support
    • Provide clear and concise updates to executive leadership and program sponsors

    Key Requirements
    • 7 plus years of experience leading ERP or CRM transformation initiatives with direct ownership of Quote to Cash workstreams
    • Proven experience delivering large scale transformations within platforms such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Salesforce CPQ
    • Strong program governance experience including risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone planning
    • Hands on experience managing system integrators and third party vendors
    • Solid understanding of Quote to Cash processes including billing, revenue recognition, and collections
    • Strong cross functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations stakeholders
    • Excellent executive communication and reporting skills
    • Ability to operate in a fast paced, complex environment while maintaining structure and accountability
