Reconstruction Project Manager

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager for an industry‑leadingAn industry‑leading construction firm specializing in building reconstruction, restoration, and major repair due to defects, damage, and age is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager. This role is responsible for complete oversight of construction projects from award through close‑out, ensuring successful execution, financial performance, and exceptional client experience.

This is a Direct Hire position

Pay is $95,000-$115,000 DOE with bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead and manage reconstruction/restoration projects from pre‑construction through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans; ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Oversee procurement, buyout, permit acquisition, and contract execution for owners and subcontractors.
  • Prepare, track, and process change orders, close‑out packages, and warranty documentation.

Financial Management

  • Create and maintain detailed project budgets and Schedule of Values.
  • Prepare and review all billings; monitor job costs, profitability, and forecasting in Timberline.
  • Partner with accounting on accounts receivable to ensure timely client payment.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners' representatives, and HOA/residential stakeholders.
  • Lead project kick‑off meetings and regular progress meetings; maintain clear, professional communication and documentation.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain strong customer relationships throughout each phase.

Team Leadership & Administration

  • Supervise Project Coordinators and Homeowner Liaisons to ensure accurate documentation, communication, and administrative support.
  • Ensure proper use of Procore, including daily reports, punch lists, and document controls.
  • Maintain comprehensive project files including contracts, communications, drawings, permits, and photos.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction project management, with strong reconstruction or restoration and HOA experience highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (assessment required).
  • Skilled in Bluebeam, Timberline, MS Office, and project management software (Procore preferred).
  • Strong mathematical, budgeting, and estimating abilities.
