The Position
At Contech Engineered Solutions, we don't just manufacture products - we build smarter, faster, and more reliable solutions that change how projects come to life. Our RED-E-DUCT system is transforming the way underground utilities are delivered, and we're looking for a driven Project Manager to guide projects from start to finish. You'll be the central link between our customers, manufacturing partners, and field teams. From kickoff to installation, you'll make sure every project runs smoothly and successfully.

About the Role:
Partner with customers to review submittals and lock in delivery schedules.
Develop bills of material and manage purchasing of materials.
Coordinate with our Contech and Quikrete precast facilities to keep production on track.
Monitor quality at our plants and quickly resolve any issues.
Work with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Support customer installation teams with best practices and training.
Gather post-installation feedback to ensure an outstanding experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
2+ years of project planning experience.
Familiarity with shipping/loading procedures.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel up to 5%.
Preferred:
2+ years of customer service experience.
2+ years of manufacturing experience.
Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
