We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who has worked closely with software-development teams and successfully delivered enterprise SaaS products or business applications from scratch-from initial concept and requirements through development, testing, implementation and production launch.
The ideal candidate should have directly coordinated Product, Engineering/Development, QA, UX and business stakeholders throughout the complete product-development lifecycle.
Key Qualifications
10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
Proven experience working directly with software-development and engineering teams
Mandatory experience building and delivering a product from scratch
Demonstrated ownership from product concept and requirements through production launch
Enterprise SaaS and software product-delivery expertise
Experience with HRMS/HCM, Payroll, ERP, ADP or related systems
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, product roadmaps and backlog management
Experience coordinating Product, Development, QA, UX and business teams
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
UAT, API integration, data migration, release and go-live experience preferred
Public Sector, Healthcare or Insurance experience is a plus
PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PgMP or PMO-CP certification preferred
