The Opportunity
Some PMs manage one giant project; this role gives you a whole portfolio. Our client, an established consulting engineering firm providing materials testing, inspection, and infrastructure services across Northern Nevada, is hiring a versatile Project Manager to run projects from residential scopes through major commercial and infrastructure assignments. Estimating, field coordination, DFR review, client relationships — you'll touch every part of the operation and directly support its growth.

What You'll Do
- Manage construction materials testing and inspection projects start to finish
- Support estimating, takeoffs, and proposal preparation
- Coordinate field operations, staffing, scheduling, and client communication
- Review DFRs and project documentation for quality and compliance
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Support operational growth and execution initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Project management experience in engineering, construction, or consulting
- Strong understanding of construction processes and coordination
- Estimating and takeoff experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software
- Ability to run multiple projects and priorities at once
