Our renovation division blends construction expertise with elevated design execution, delivering seamless, high-end project experiences from concept through completion.

    Position Overview

    Key Responsibilities

Project Planning, Design Coordination & Organization

    • Maintain structured and organized project documentation (contracts, change orders, permits, selections, and approvals)

    Budget & Cost Control

    • Prepare and manage project budgets with disciplined cost tracking
    • Review, document, and approve all change orders with full transparency
    • Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts
    • Ensure alignment between design selections and budget parameters
    • Monitor financial performance and maintain profitability

    Site Oversight & Quality Control

    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress aligns with schedule and design specifications
    • Ensure construction quality meets both ADG standards and design expectations
    • Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to maintain workflow efficiency
    • Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

    Client Experience & Communication

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
    • Maintain proactive, structured communication regarding timelines, budgets, and changes
    • Guide clients through selections, changes, and design-related decisions in coordination with designers
    • Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience consistent with ADG standards

    Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare clear daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all project activity, decisions, and changes
    • Track progress against schedule, budget, and scope

    Risk Management & Problem Solving

    • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, material delays, and design challenges
    • Proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets
    • Manage field and client challenges in a structured, solution-oriented manner

    What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage complex renovation projects while maintaining both construction discipline and design integrity.
