- Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of job installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Subcontractor & Crew Management: Hire, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and in-house crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Vendor & Cost Management: Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers, maintaining margins while securing high-quality materials.
- Sales & Training Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide product installation and specifications training.
- Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Billing & Invoicing Oversight: Review subcontractor invoices to verify accuracy and ensure alignment with work completed.Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of window, siding, roofing, and gutters products and installation practices.
- Experience managing subcontractors and in-house crews in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and understand manufacturer specifications and installation guidelines.
- Strong negotiation skills for working with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
