Reconstruction Project Manager Job Description

The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire reconstruction process of buildings and infrastructure damaged by disasters, accidents, etc. This role involves managing resources, schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Reconstruction Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Role Objective

The objective of this role is to manage reconstruction projects after traumatic events, water, fire, storm, and mold damage for residential and commercial properties. The key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience
  • Reviewing jobs progress weekly
  • Confirming budget and work orders before the start of the project
  • Spending significant time in the field overseeing project completion
  • Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
  • Building relationships based on trust, active listening, and managing a team for successful project outcomes
  • Continuously creating and expanding sub-contractor and vendor relationships to serve customers
  • Contributing and expanding the growth within the Northwest North Carolina area

Responsibilities and Qualifications
