Role Objective -------------

Manage reconstruction projects after traumatic events, water, firestorm damage, mold for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities and Qualifications -----------------------------------

• Team leadership and development skills
• Focus on continuous learning
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• 5 years of project management experience in construction restoration industry preferred
• Proficient in creating the project financials and calculations

• Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
• Commission: 20-40% target annual pay with no limit

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements ---------------------------------------------

• Flexible to work in various indoor and outdoor weather
• Use of personal protective equipment
• Standing, walking, occasional bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
