Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and client stakeholders. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations. Experience working on fast-paced fit-outs, renovations, and ground-up retail projects is highly desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
