Description
- Manage retail construction projects from planning through completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and client stakeholders
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial retail construction projects for a General Contractor
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
- Experience working on fast-paced fit-outs, renovations, and ground-up retail projects is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
