The Project Manager will take full ownership of retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This individual will work closely with Superintendents, ownership groups, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.

Description
This Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage retail construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery and closeout
- Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and scope alignment
- Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and change order management
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and site productivity
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
- Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and reporting processes
- Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining quality and brand standards
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, supporting their development
Profile
An ideal Project Manager will have:
- 5-8+ years of experience managing retail or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, subcontractor management, and contract administration
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams in fast-paced retail environments
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and construction management software
Job Offer
We will provide our Project Manager with:
- Base salary $120,000 - $145,000
