The Project Manager, Retail Network Transformation is responsible for managing projects within an organizations corporate departments or functions. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects related to areas such as finance, human resources, marketing or legal. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success. They develop project plans, manage project timelines and budgets, and monitor project progress. Additionally, they communicate project updates to stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and ensure project objectives are met.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the delivery and execution of Retail Network Transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing our branch network. This role will work cross-functionally with teams such as Properties, Leasing, Design, Branding, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of branch transformation projects. Clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to travel across states within the Citizens footprint.

Required Qualifications:
Significant experience leading retail branch initiatives, including new branch openings, closures, relocations, and renovation projects.
Demonstrated success in delivering results independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience working across business lines to implement change.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to clearly communicate issues, opportunities, and recommendations tailored to the audience.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $92,000-$127,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
