Project ManagerOur client stands as a leading Design/Build company in the country, with a focus on industrial ventures. Their expertise spans warehouses, manufacturing structures, food and beverage facilities, and self-storage facilities, often exceeding the $50 million mark. They maintain a local office in Richmond, VA to serve clients across the state. Despite its intimate size, this office offers the advantages and assets typically associated with larger corporations. Currently, the Richmond office is actively seeking a Project Manager to join their team!Overseeing the entire life cycle of extensive industrial venturesCompiling project estimates collaborating closely with the architect throughout the design stageAssessing subcontractor proposals and choosing subcontractorsConducting weekly site visits and furnishing progress updates to stakeholdersVerifying that the project adheres to both its schedule and budgetMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
