Project Manager - Riverside CONNECT

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Project Manager!

The Riverside CONNECT Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of the Riverside CONNECT -Building Community Networks for Education, Collaboration, and Training grant funded initiative, ensuring all project activities, deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements are completed in alignment with Office of Behavioral Health Promotion and Prevention (OBHPP) expectations.

The Project Manager will:

  • coordinate curriculum development activities in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • oversee regional training logistics
  • support community engagement and advisory council activities
  • manage data collection and evaluation processes
  • monitor project budgets and deliverables
  • serve as the primary liaison to project partners, trainers, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and implementation of project activities while integrating equity, accessibility, and CLAS standards across all deliverables

Pay Rate Range:

  • Bachelor Degree Level starts at $32.69/hour - $34.62/hour depending on experience
  • Master Degree Level starts at $33.65/hour - $34.62/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners, consultants, funders, and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and culturally responsive practices
  • Knowledge of National CLAS Standards and experience incorporating equity and accessibility principles into program implementation preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and database or data management systems

Required Experience

  • Bachelor''s degree required in Public Health, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Community Health, Education, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field required; Master''s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects, programs, grants, trainings, or community initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience coordinating meetings, trainings, events, advisory groups, or stakeholder engagement activities
  • Experience collecting, organizing, and reporting data to support program evaluation, quality improvement, and grant compliance
  • Knowledge of or experience in suicide prevention, domestic violence/intimate partner violence (DV/IPV), trauma-informed care, behavioral health, public health, victim services, community engagement, or related fields strongly preferred
