Position Overview

As a Project Manager Mechanical Construction, you will provide project management leadership across all phases of HVAC construction projects. This includes ensuring compliance with standards, budgets, schedules, and communication requirements while fostering a strong culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance and promote a safe work environment.
• Manage contract document review and document control processes.
• Lead and manage scope of work execution.
• Handle schedule management and coordinate field resources.
• Oversee procurement management and vendor coordination.
• Support project estimation activities.
• Manage project financials, including budgets and cost tracking.
• Develop, build, and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Support the sales process with technical and project expertise.

What Were Looking For

Must-Have

• 3+ years of knowledge or experience in the building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design techniques, tools, and principles.
• Proven ability to read and comprehend construction documents.

Nice-to-Have

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
• PMP certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• LEED accreditation/knowledge.
