Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
  • Oversee site work, utilities, roadways, and other heavy civil scopes.
  • Coordinate with owners, municipalities, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff.
  • Review and manage contracts, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and support project engineers and field teams to drive project success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
