Qualified Candidate MUST have Project Management experience with Residential Roofing
Experience:
• 5+ years of project management experience with residential roofing
• Residential roofing installation experience
Required Skills:
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Communication skills handling issues with homeowners, installers, subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
• Manage and document punch list with roofing installations, coordinating corrections final approvals.
• Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
