We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder management, process improvement, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from planning through successful execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
Manage multiple projects, assignments, and competing priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
Create, improve, and streamline operational processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams and departments.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive accountability and follow-through across project teams and stakeholders.
Apply project management methodologies and best practices to support successful delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, dashboards, status reports, and communications.
Support change management initiatives and process adoption across teams.
Leverage technology, automation, and AI-powered tools to improve workflows, reporting, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Manage contract backlog in alignment with revenue goals.
Claim contract lines in accordance with billing requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines.
Demonstrated influence and leadership ability within a matrixed environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Strong project coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Visio.
Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Salesforce, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools and automation technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong influencing, negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven experience in process creation, documentation, continuous improvement, and operational streamlining.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively drive results.
Adaptable and resourceful when managing changing priorities and complex project challenges.
Ability to travel minimally for business meetings.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
Experience in a SaaS, technology, automotive technology, or similar environment preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
Accounting or financial operations experience preferred.
Experience with contract management, billing, revenue tracking, or SOX-related processes is a plus.
