Job Details

They are looking for a Project Manager / Estimator with 3 to 5 years of heavy civil experience to join their team in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and cost estimates
  • Coordinating with field superintendents, subcontractors, and owners
  • Tracking project budgets, schedules, and change orders
  • Building and maintaining strong client and agency relationships

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction (highway, road, bridge, utility, or earthwork preferred)
  • Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
