What You'll Do
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project financials
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
What They're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
