Commercial Flooring Account Representative

Tampa, FL | $80K–$120K

A growing commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Representative for its Tampa operation.

The ideal candidate combines strong business-development skills with the ability to manage large commercial flooring projects and develop long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial client relationships

• Generate new commercial flooring opportunities

• Manage accounts throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate internally with estimating, project management, and operations

• Maintain strong client communication

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

• Help establish and expand the company's presence throughout the Tampa market

Qualifications

• Commercial flooring industry experience

• Proven commercial sales/account-management ability

• Experience selling and managing large commercial projects

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to operate independently while working effectively with a team

Compensation

$80,000–$120,000
