Project Manager/Sales Professional

A growing, highly respected commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join its team.

What you’ll do

• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents

• Manage awarded projects, including procurement, scheduling, budgets, and documentation

• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, GCs, and owners

• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, billing, and closeout

What you bring

• 5+ years of commercial flooring estimating and/or project management experience

• Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, plans, and specifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering excellent client service

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
