At Raptis Roofing, we don’t just "sell roofs"—we provide peace of mind and protect our neighbors' biggest investments. We are looking for a hungry, high-energy Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Unlike most roofing roles that are 100% commission, we offer a $30,000 base salary to ensure you have stability while you build your pipeline. If you are a closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants a clear path to a six-figure income, we want to talk to you.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Generation: Perform outdoor canvassing and inspections in storm-impacted or aging neighborhoods to identify homeowners in need.
• \n
• Inspections: Get on the roof to document damage (hail, wind, or wear) and provide professional assessments.
• \n
• Presentations: Educate homeowners on our high-quality roofing systems and guide them through the insurance claim or retail purchase process.
• \n
• Closing: Manage the sales cycle from the initial "knock" to the final contract signature.
• \n
• Relationship Management: Act as the face of Raptis Roofing, ensuring a smooth handoff to our production team and maintaining communication with the client until the job is complete.

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs (safety is our #1 priority).
• \n
• Communication: You can talk to anyone, from a skeptical homeowner to an insurance adjuster.
• \n
• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle (preferably a truck/SUV) capable of carrying a ladder.
• \n
• Experience: Prior sales experience is a plus, but if you have the right attitude, we will train you on the "Raptis Way."
