Project Manager/Sales

Masters Countertops is a stone fabrication and installation company based in Wheeling, IL. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager & Sales Representative to join our team.

This role combines client-facing sales with project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while managing projects from start to finish.

Duties:

• Work directly with customers to understand project needs and provide accurate countertop quotes
• \n
• Manage projects from initial consultation through installation
• \n
• Coordinate with internal teams (templating, fabrication, installation) to ensure smooth workflow
• \n
• Create and manage quotes using company CRM
• \n
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• \n
• Ensure timelines, details, and customer expectations are met
• \n
• Follow company processes and contribute to efficient operations
• \n

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and project manager experience in the industry is a plus

• Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
• \n
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• \n
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
