Location: San Antonio, Texas (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional business initiatives. This role requires an individual who can bring structure to ambiguity, facilitate decision-making, and drive multiple projects forward while managing competing priorities. The Project Manager will oversee concurrent initiatives, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Projects may involve systems integration, process improvement, and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, and delivery strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource constraints.
• Drive project execution in ambiguous environments while maintaining accountability.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate efforts across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other project management professionals.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, including functional project management.

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Skills:

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience translating ambiguous business challenges into actionable plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the financial services, banking, or insurance industries.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
• Experience with systems integration projects.
• Knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals and application delivery environments.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and Visio or equivalent process-mapping tools.
• Experience using data analytics, automation, or Artificial Intelligence to improve project delivery.
