Contract Details: Full-time, Part-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Paydex Technologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our technology projects. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to management
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address any project-related concerns or issues
• Continuously monitor and improve project processes and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology company
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• PMP certification is a plus
