Project Manager - SaaS ImplementationsWho We AreTalview builds Gen AI-powered solutions that make hiring and assessment faster fairer and scalable.We automate interview scheduling candidate screening and exam proctoring so organizations can focus on discovering great talent.With 10M assessments delivered across 120 countries Talview is trusted by leading global enterprises.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer implementations and SaaS product deployments.This role partners closely with customers Product Engineering Solutions and Integration teams to ensure predictable deliverystrong governance and successful outcomes for enterprise and global customers.What Youll Do- Own customer onboarding and implementation from kickoff to go-live and stabilization- Lead customer-facing meetings providing regular updates and managing expectations- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery timelines and risks- Define and manage scope milestones success criteria and change requests- Coordinate with Product teams on feature dependencies and roadmap impacts- Drive cross-functional execution using agile delivery practices- Establish and run governance forums including PMO and steering committee reviews- Manage global implementations across regions and time zones- Oversee large enterprise deployments including high-value customers- Identify delivery risks early and proactively manage escalations- Continuously improving delivery processes and governance standardsYou Might Be a Fit If- You have experience managing SaaS or enterprise technology implementations with 5-10 years of experience- You are comfortable in client-facing stakeholder-heavy environments- You have worked closely with Product and Engineering teams- You have experience delivering global or multi-region projects- You bring strong planning communication and problem-solving skillsBonus Points- Experience with large enterprise or Fortune 100 customers- Background in program or portfolio management- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery modelsLocationBengaluru India WFOProject Manager -
