Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager – Mechanical Construction / Advanced Technology Projects:

• Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, closeout, and warranty turnover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
• Own project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and change order management.
• Lead procurement, equipment planning, site logistics, and project scheduling activities.
• Coordinate field operations to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with scope.
• Build client relationships and identify future construction, service, and controls opportunities.

Qualifications for the Project Manager – Mechanical Construction / Advanced Technology Projects:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management, project engineering, estimating, field leadership, or a related technical role.
• Experience with commercial HVAC, mechanical piping, hydronic systems, retrofits, equipment replacements, or design-build projects.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, controls diagrams, and project contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
