Work You'll Do

As a Project- Manager, Managed Services on the GPS SAP team, you will be responsible for…

  • Administer and optimize SAP Solution Manager to support application lifecycle management across the SAP landscape.
  • Maintain Solution Manager configuration, integrations, and core capabilities including ChaRM, ITSM, Test Suite, Monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Manage system monitoring, alerting, and technical operations to help maintain stability and performance across SAP environments.
  • Coordinate transport, change, and release management processes across development, test, and production landscapes.
  • Lead SCM release planning, deployment coordination, go-live readiness, and cross-team dependency management for supply chain-related SAP applications and integrations.
  • Partner with Basis, functional, development, QA, and security teams to resolve defects, manage risks, and support smooth implementations.
  • Support incident and problem management processes, including integration with service desk tools.
  • Maintain solution documentation, business process structures, and system landscape information.
  • Drive continuous improvement in platform operations, release governance, and Solution Manager best practices

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • 6+ years of experience with release management, transport coordination, and deployment governance across SAP landscape
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP SCM processes and related system integrations
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
