Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly meetings with Project Team members to review cost and schedule risks and opportunities, and identify action plans for mitigation.
- Drive specific mitigation efforts for cost and schedule risks with respective functional owners, setting up ad-hoc meetings to solve complex issues and escalating when leadership support is needed.
- Support PM & CM with risk action plans and updates, and incorporate cost and schedule variance output into the PM’s Daily Management reviews.
- Assist Cost & Schedule Core Team members in coordinating Commitment Meetings to discuss baseline, targets, forecasts, and risks with the Project Team and supporting functions.
